Pursuant to Efis No.94/2014 earlier this month, we can now provide you with the latest versions of the NTL and TOC forms which the United Kingdom Visas and Immigration Section of the Home Office amended on 6th October.

Subscribers to this range are also invited to use this new Immigration form FLR(LR) which can be used to apply for leave to remain in the United Kingdom due to the length of time which the applicant has already spent living in the country.

All forms should be used immediately.

Forms affected

TOC	Application for a Transfer of Conditions (TOC) and a Biometric Immigration Document by someone who already has Limited Leave to Enter or Remain in the UK	New/Amended
NTL	Application for no time limit (NTL) and a biometric immigration document by someone who already has indefinite leave to enter or remain in the UK	New/Amended
FLR(LR)	Application for leave to remain in the UK on the basis of long residence and for a biometric immigration document	New/Amended
