EFIS 89, September 2014 : Licensing

The Licensing Act 2003 (Permitted Temporary Activities) (Notices) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 represcribe LIC22 for temporary event notices completed on or after 1st October.

In particular, these 2014 Regulations now require the premises user to provide information on the latest version of LIC22 about the intended use of premises for the provision of relevant entertainment under paragraph 2A of Schedule 3 to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982.

Subscribers to this range should continue to use the current version of LIC22 until 30th September and should only use the amended version of LIC22 on or after 1st October.
