EFIS 87, September 2014 : Commonhold

On 13th August, the Land Registry transferred the content on its old website at www.landregistry.gov.uk to its new official website at www.gov.uk

The Land Registry closed its old website on 20th August.

The Land Registry has amended the details of their website address which appears on the Land Registry's Commonhold forms LRCM1-LRCM5.

Since these minor amendments only affect the side notes, the Land Registry will continue to accept the existing versions of these forms, indefinitely.

However, subscribers to this range may prefer to use the latest versions of these five forms immediately.

LRCM1	Application to register a freehold estate in commonhold land	New/Amended
LRCM2	Application for the freehold estate to cease to be registered as a freehold estate in commonhold land during the transitional period	New/Amended
LRCM3	Application for the registration of an amended commonhold community statement and/or altered articles of association	New/Amended
LRCM4	Application to add land to a commonhold registration	New/Amended
LRCM5	Application for the termination of a commonhold registration	New/Amended
