Further to Efis No. 64/2014, the UK Border Agency has indicated that the TIER1(GE) and TIER1(GENERAL) forms have also been amended to reflect increased fees.

In addition, further to Efis No. 60/2014, as from the 2nd June the UK Border Agency have further updated the forms NTL, SET(F) and TOC to allow the inclusion of your email address to enable the receipt of an update on the progress of the application.

Finally, FLR(M) has received minor amendments.

All forms should be used immediately.

Forms affected

FLR(M)	Application for an Extension of Stay in the UK as the Partner of a Person Present and Settled in the UK or as a Partner of a Person with Refugee Leave or Humanitarian Protection and for a Biometric Immigration Document	New/Amended
SET(F)	Application for indefinite leave to remain in the UK as a child under the age of 18 (a child over 18 may also be eligible, see section 23 of the guidance notes) and a Biometric Immigration Document	New/Amended
TIER1(GENERAL)	Application for an initial grant of leave (Switching) or an extension of leave and biometric residence permit under Tier 1 (General) Main Applicant	New/Amended
TOC	Application for a Transfer of Conditions (TOC) and a Biometric Immigration Document by someone who already has Limited Leave to Enter or Remain in the UK	New/Amended
NTL	Application for no time limit (NTL) and a biometric immigration document by someone who already has indefinite leave to enter or remain in the UK	New/Amended
TIER1(GE)	Application for an initial grant of leave (switching) or an extension of leave and Biometric Residence Permit under Tier 1(Graduate Entrepreneur) main applicant	New/Amended
