Following the series of amendments to the Civil Procedure forms which were supplied to you on EFIS 39 in April and EFIS Nos. 49 and 55 in May, subscribers to this range are requested to use the latest version of HCPF244 which the Ministry of Justice has recently updated.

EX80B and N323 have received macro amendments.

All forms should be used immediately.
