The Ministry of Justice has recently amended Adoption forms A58, A59, A60, A61 and their accompanying notes to reflect the introduction of same sex marriage on 29th March and the creation of the new Family Court on 22nd April.

In addition, the Ministry of Justice also amended the notes which accompany A63 and FP25 for the same reasons.

Subscribers to this range should use the latest versions of these amended forms immediately.
