The Ministry of Justice has made a variety of miscellaneous amendments to the Civil Procedure and High Court forms as a result of the latest update to the Civil Procedure Rules which came into force at different times in April.

The Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (Consequential, Transitional and Saving Provision) Order 2014 came into force on 6th April. The Ministry of Justice has amended some of the Civil Procedure forms and the High Court Writs to reflect a change in terminology.

All forms can be used immediately.
