On EFIS No.20/2014 in March, we supplied you with this new Land Registry form, LRRQ(Co) which we had to remove from your library on EFIS No.21/2014 in March after the Law Society held discussions with the Land Registry about the operation of this new procedure.

The Land Registry has now advised us that this new form, LRRQ(Co) can now be used by companies to apply for a restriction to be entered on the Land Register in respect of applications made on this new form on or after 12th May.
