The Ministry of Justice has amended the Divorce form DIV1 to reflect the introduction of child arrangements orders under the Children and Families Act 2004 and the creation of the new Family Court under the Crime and Courts Act 2013 on 22nd April.

Further changes to this range have been made by the Ministry of Justice which we will supply to you as soon as possible.

This form should be used immediately.

The expandable version of this form DIV1_Flex will be released shortly (Version 10 ONLY).
