The Ministry of Justice has amended the Commercial Court forms listed to refer to the new address for the Commercial Court at the Rolls Building in Fetter Lane, London and to replace the phrase 'solicitor's costs' by the more inclusive phrase 'legal representative's costs'.

Subscribers to this range are requested to use the latest versions of N1(CC) and its amended notes, N208(CC), N210(CC), N213(CC) and N244(CC) immediately.
