AGREE22 is the form for a tenancy agreement which Oyez has drafted to meet the requirements of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

The Tenancy Deposit Scheme has revised their template for the prescribed information which appears in the Appendix to AGREE22.

The Tenancy Deposit Scheme has not made any changes to the clauses which should be included in tenancy agreements which are used for their scheme or to their terms of business.

The Tenancy Deposit Scheme will introduce these changes on 1st April.

Landlords or their agents should wait until 1st April before using this amended version of AGREE22.
