The Land Registry has updated LRID1 and LRID2 to reflect a change of procedures in their customer information centres for arranging appointments and amended an out-of-date reference to Delta in section B3 of both forms.

Although the Land Registry will continue to accept existing versions of LRID1 and LRID2, the Land Registry will introduce the latest versions on 1st April so practitioners may prefer to use the amended forms from this date.

LRID1 Certificate of identity for a private individual New/Amended
LRID2 Certificate of identity for a body corporate New/Amended
