Subscribers to this range are requested to use the latest versions of TM3, TM4, TM16, TM16(P), TM21B and TM24(C) which were updated last year.

The UK Intellectual Property Office has amended SP1 to request the date of notification and copy of the EUIs Official Journal which records that date of notification.

The UK Intellectual Property Office has also updated a reference to an EU regulation on both SPI and SP3.

The amended versions of SP1 and SP3 should not be used before 1st April.
