On EFIS No.20/2014 earlier this month, we supplied you with a new form, LRRQ(Co) that the Land Registry had drafted which companies could use to apply for a restriction.
Although the amendments on Efis No.20/2014 to form LRRQ for use on 17th March remain, the Land Registry have delayed the introduction of the new LRRQ(Co) supplied to you, to allow more time for discussion with the Law Society on how this new procedure will operate in practice. Therefore we have withdrawn LRRQ(Co) from your library. Non Active Library users will need to manually remove this form from your system(s).
We will keep you informed of any further developments as they occur.
