Regulation 2(1) of the Immigration (European Economic Area (Amendment)(No.2) Regulations 2013 implemented the bulk of these new provisions on 1st January.

The UK Border Agency amended the TIER1(GE) form on 30th December and the EEA1 - EEA4 forms on 1st January to reflect these changes.

Subscribers to this range should use the latest versions of these five forms immediately.
