On 9th November, the UK Border Agency announced that the Immigration Rules would be amended on 1st December to bring the rules for members of the Armed Forces into line with the Immigration Rules for civilians.

The UK Border Agency has amended the FLR(M), FLR(O) and SET(DV) Immigration forms to reflect the latest changes in these Rules.

The current versions of these forms can continue to be used under transitional provisions in the Immigration Rules until 22nd December.

We will aim to supply you with the amended forms either just before Christmas or early in the New Year.
