Pursuant to the amended forms and information which were supplied to you on EFIS No.90 last month, the UK
Border Agency also revised September’s version of the AN form on 28th October.

In spite of a news item dated 25th October on the UK Border Agency's website at www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk which indicated that the SET(BUS) had changed on 28th October along with the SET(DV), SET(F), SET(M) and SET(O) forms, in fact the SET(BUS) form is dated 1st October.

We have therefore provided you with the amended AN and SET(BUS) forms before the SET(DV), SET(F), SET(M) and SET(O) forms which will follow later this month.

The UK Border Agency also amended the TD112 form on 28th October, which we will also supply later this month.

Subscribers to this range are reminded that the UK Border Agency will continue to accept existing versions of the SET(DV), SET(F), SET(M) and SET(O) forms until 18th November provided that applicants meet the standard of the amended Knowledge of Language and Life in the UK test and can provide evidence of this qualification.

Both forms can be used immediately.
