The Law Society has redesigned the format of the enquiries on CON29DW to improve their accessibility and the interpretation of the drainage and water search.

The Law Society has not changed the enquiries but has reordered, renumbered and regrouped them under the four main headings of maps, drainage, water and charging.

The amended version of CON29DW should be used for searches made on or after 1st November.
