You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.

The Courts and Tribunals Fee Remissions Order 2013 will introduce a new, standardised fee remission system for courts and tribunals on 7th October.

The Ministry of Justice has amended Form EX160 to reflect these changes and also the booklet EX160A, which should be read before applicants complete EX160.

The accompanying guidance notes EX160(N) have been deleted from the range. Access to these notes can now been found in the form of a link on EX160.

EX160B is a new form which we have added to this range. It should only be used in emergency situations where an undertaking is given to apply for remission of a court or tribunal fee.

Both EX160 and EX160B should not be used before 7th October.

Form N423 has been made obsolete and will be removed from your system(s). Form N208 can be used in its place.

Also, please find available forms N170 and N170_Flexi which have received an enlarged field amendment and form N244(4pg which had a duplicate field label amended. These forms can be used immediately.
