EFIS 68, August 2013 : Divorce

The Ministry of Justice has amended forms DIV25, DIV26, DIV27, DIV28, DIV29, DIV30 and DIV31 to clarify the documents which should be provided where the Respondent has personally signed the Acknowledgment of Service.

Also, forms DIV1 and DIV1_Flexi have received minor amendments to their descriptions.

All forms should be used immediately.
