Pursuant to the information which we released on EFIS No. 64/2013, RTA7 has not become obsolete and the amended version of RTA7 should be used from 31st July, when the Civil Procedure (Amendment) (No.6) Rules 2013 will come into force.

The amended version of RTA7 should therefore be used with the amended RTA1-RTA6 forms supplied to you on EFIS No. 64 and we apologise for any confusion caused.

The current edition of RTA7 must continue to be used until 30th July, but not after this date. Subscribers to this range are also requested to use an updated version of RTA6 to which we have added an on-screen message for users.
