Pursuant to the information provided to you on Efis No.63 earlier this month, immigration practitioners are requested to use the amended versions of EEA1-EEA4 after the Immigration (European Economic Area) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 came into force on 1st July.

Following minor changes to the Immigration Rules which the UK Border Agency announced on 10th June and which also came into force on 1st July, subscribers to this range should use the latest versions of the SET(F), TIER1(GE) and TIER1(General) forms.

All forms should be used immediately.

Forms affected

SET(F) Application for indefinite leave to remain in the UK as a child under the age of 18 (a child over 18 may also be eligible, see section 23 of the guidance notes) and a Biometric Immigration Document New/Amended
EEA1 Application for a registration certificate New/Amended
EEA2 Application for a residence card New/Amended
EEA3 Application for a document certifying permanent residence New/Amended
EEA4 Application for a permanent residence card New/Amended
TIER1(GENERAL) Application for an initial grant of leave (Switching) or an extension of leave and biometric residence permit under Tier 1 (General) Main Applicant New/Amended
TIER1(GE) Application for an initial grant of leave (switching) or an extension of leave and Biometric Residence Permit under Tier 1(Graduate Entrepreneur) main applicant New/Amended
