The Immigration (European Economic Area) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 came into force on 1st July 2013 and removed the requirement for certain documents to be issued free of charge.

The UK Border Agency has amended the EEA1-EEA4 forms in the light of these Regulation and SET(F), TIER 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) and Tier 1 (General) forms as a result of changes to the Immigration Rules which the UK Border Agency announced on 10th June would come into force on 1st July.

We will supply you with these amended forms towards the end of this month.
