Pursuant to the information provided on EFIS No.31/2013 in April about the UK Border Agency's amendments to the Immigration forms, we are now able to supply you with these amended forms which require increased fees to be paid for applications submitted on or after 6th April in accordance with the Immigration and Nationality (Cost Recovery Fees) Regulations 2013 and the Immigration and Nationality (Fees) Regulations 2013.

All these amended forms should be used immediately.

FLR(M)	Application for an extension of stay in the UK as the partner of a person present and settled in the UK or as a partner of a person with refugee leave or humanitarian protection and for a Biometric Immigration Document	New/Amended
FLR(O)	Application for leave to remain in the UK in a category not covered by other application forms and for a Biometric Immigration Document	New/Amended
