The Mental Health Discrimination (No.2) Act 2013 received the Royal Assent on 28th February and will come into force on 28th April.

This Act has amended certain references in Companies forms CO2 and CO3C, so subscribers to this range should use the latest versions of both forms on or after 28th April.

Forms MR01 and MR02 have received field amendments and can be used immediately.

MR01	Particulars of a charge	New/Amended
