EFIS 19, March 2013 : Children Act

The Ministry of Justice has made some minor changes to these Children Act forms to reflect amendments which will come into force on 1st April.

Although the Courts will continue to accept the current versions of these four forms, family law practitioners may prefer to use the latest versions of C(PRA1) C(PRA2), C(PRA3) and C1A for applications submitted on or after 1st April.
