The Ministry of Justice has amended these forms to reflect changes to legal aid which will be introduced on 1st April.

Although the courts will continue to accept the existing forms, practitioners may prefer to use these latest versions on or after 1st April.

Please also find attached the DIV1 and DIV1_Flexi which have received slight amendments. These can be used immediately.
