EFIS 70, October 2012 : Probate

The marginal note on PRO37 has been amended to refer to "HM Courts & Tribunals Service" following a change in the name of HM Courts Service (HMCS).

Probate practitioners should ensure that all cheques formerly paid to HMCS are now paid to the HM Courts & Tribunals Service instead.

Please also find enclosed PRO11 which has received minor field amendments.

Both forms should be used immediately.
