Pursuant to EFIS No.59/2012 this month, subscribers to this range are requested to use the latest versions of Licensing forms LIC5, LIC7, LIC9, LIC16, LIC18 and LIC22 which the Licensing Act 2003 (Forms and Notices) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 represcribed on 1st October.

Form LIC21 has received a minor amendment.

All forms can be used immediately.
