The Licensing Act 2003 (Forms and Notices) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 were laid before Parliament on 10th September and were published by the Stationery Office on 28th September to come into force on 1st October.

These 2012 Regulations amend the Licensing Act 2003 (Premises, Licences and Club Premises Certificates) Regulations 2005, and the Licensing Act 2003 (Permitted Temporary Activities) (Notices) Regulations 2005.

In particular, these 2012 Regulations amend Licensing forms LIC5, LIC7, LIC9, LIC16, LIC18 and LIC22 to remove the provision of entertainment facilities in accordance with the Live Music Act 2012 which in turn amended Schedule 1 to the Licensing Act 2003.

We aim to supply you with the amended forms towards the end of this month.
