The Legal Services Commission has amended existing forms and created new forms for changes which will come into force on 1st October. Although CLSMEANS1, CLSMEANS2 and the new CLSMEANS1P forms may be used before 1st October, legal aid practitioners must use all the amended forms on or after 1st October.

Old versions of these forms which are signed and dated on or before 30th September will be accepted until 30th October but not after this date.

CLSCLAIM1 have received minor amendments and can be used immediately.
