EFIS 46, August 2012 : Immigration - Applications

You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.

Pursuant to the previous information supplied to you on EFIS 43/2012 and EFIS 45/2012 last month, immigration practitioners should use the amended versions of immigration forms EEA1, EEA2, EEA3, EEA4, FLR(P), SET(F), SET(M) and SET(O) immediately.

On 30th July, the UK Border Agency released version 2 of the amended FLR(M) form which we supplied to you on EFIS 45/2012. Due to the length of this form, the likelihood is that immigration practitioners may not receive version 2 of FLR(M) until the end of this month.

All forms should be used immediately.
