Immigration practitioners are invited to use the latest versions of FLR(P) and SET(P) which the UK Border Agency has updated in accordance with changes to the Immigration Rules.

Both forms should be used immediately.

Forms affected

FLR(P)	Application for an extension of stay in the UK as a child under the age of 18 of a relative with limited leave to enter or remain in the UK as a refugee or beneficiary of humanitarian protection etc.		New/Amended
SET(P)	Application for settlement in the UK in accordance with the Home Office policies on refugee leave and humanitarian protection by a person in one of the categories listed in this form, and a biometric immigration document		New/Amended
