We have added OPG100 to this range which can be used to ask the Office of the Public Guardian whether an enduring or a lasting power of attorney has been registered and/or whether a deputyship order has been made in relation to the specified individual.

We have also amended OPG102 in accordance with changes to this form in April.

Both forms can be used immediately.
