The Licensing Act 2003 (Personal Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 amend Licensing forms LIC1, LIC2 and LIC3 by deleting obsolete references to the Department for Culture, Media and Sport.

The Licensing Act 2003 (Premises Licences and Club Premises Certificates) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 amend Licensing forms LIC12 and LIC14 to reflect certain changes made to the 2003 Licensing Act by the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011.

The Licensing Act 2003 (Permitted Temporary Activities) (Notices) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 amend Licensing form LIC22 to reflect procedural changes to temporary event notices which the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011 has made.

These amended forms should not be used before 25th April when the 2012 Regulations will come into force.
