The Ministry of Justice has made some minor alterations to form C100.

The Ministry of Justice has also reviewed forms DIV_E1 and DIV_E2 and updated them in accordance with feedback received on the Family Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2012.

Family law practitioners must not lodge these amended forms before 6th April.

Finally, forms C6 and C6A have been made obsolete. These have been automatically removed from your libraries.
