The Ministry of Justice has amended Civil Procedure forms N1 and N149 to reflect changes to the Civil Procedure Rules which the Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2012 will implement on 19th March.

In particular, the changes to N1 reflect the creation of the new County Court Money Claims Centre in Salford.

The Ministry of Justice has also amended N161 and accompanying Guidance Notes, which should be used from 6th April.

We have also taken this opportunity to include the Ministry of Justice's amendments to EX160 and accompanying Guidance Notes, EX160(N). Both these forms can be used immediately.
