***FORM DELETION ONLY - NO FORMS TO IMPORT***

On 29th February, the UK Border Agency withdrew the FLR(BID) form.

Applicants who apply either as an academic visitor, a domestic worker in a private household, have a UK ancestor, or are a visitor for private medical care or a dependent of a person with limited leave should use FLR(O) form instead for applications made on or after 29th February.

The UK Border Agency has also amended the NTL, SET(BUS), SET(DV), SET(F), SET(M) and SET(O) forms to reflect changes to the Immigration Rules.

From 29th February, all applicants for indefinite leave to stay in the UK will need to obtain a biometric residence permit.

We will provide you with these latest amendments to the Immigration forms in March.

Forms affected

FLR(BID) Application for an Extension of Stay in the UK in one of the Employment or other Categories listed in this form and for a Biometric Immigration Document Withdrawn
