EFIS 6, February 2012 : Conveyancing

You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.

We have added a new Land Registry form to your existing Conveyancing range.

The Land Registry has devised this new LRRQ form to counter increasing incidences of property fraud.

Conveyancers can use this new form on behalf of private individuals who do not live in the property which they own by registering a restriction in form LL in the Property Register.

We have also taken this opportunity to forward an updated version of Land Registry form LRSC which the Land Registry has amended to reflect the revised definition of 'conveyancer' which the Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2011 changed on 1st October 2011.

Both forms can be used immediately.

Forms affected

LRSC Application for noting the overriding priority of a statutory charge New/Amended
