Immigration practitioners are requested to use the latest versions of the FLR(M) and SET(M) forms which the UK Border Agency have updated. Please also find available FLR(P) and SET(P) which have been added to the range.

All forms should be used immediately.

FLR(M)	Application for an Extension of Stay in the UK as the Partner of a Person Present and Settled in the UK and for a Biometric Immigration Document	New/Amended
SET(M)	Application for indefinite leave to remain in the UK as the partner of a person present and settled in the UK	New/Amended
FLR(P)	Application for an extension of stay in the UK as a child under the age of 18 of a relative with limited leave to enter or remain in the UK as a refugee or beneficiary or humanitarian protection.	New/Amended
SET(P)	Application for settlement in the UK in accordance with the Home Office policies on refugee leave and humanitarian protection by a person in one of the categories listed in this form	New/Amended
