Immigration practitioners are requested to use the latest versions of the SET(BUS), SET(DV), SET(F) and SET(O) forms which the UK Border Agency updated on 31st October.

All forms should be used immediately.

Forms affected

SET(O)	Application for indefinite leave to remain in the UK in one of the categories listed in this form	New/Amended
SET(F)	Application for indefinite leave to remain in the UK as a child under the age of 18 or as a dependent relative aged over 18 of a parent, parents or other relative present and settled in the UK	New/Amended
SET(DV)	Application for indefinite leave to remain in the UK as a victim of domestic violence	New/Amended
SET(BUS)	Application for Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK as a Retired Person of Independent Means or Representative of an Overseas Business	New/Amended
