Oyez publishes the Inheritance Tax forms under licence from Her Majesty�s Revenue and Customs (HMRC).

After HMRC approved the publication of the amended IHTC4 on EFIS No. 83/2011 earlier this month, HMRC has advised Oyez of an error on page one of IHTC4 under the section entitled �Decreases in Liabilities, Exemptions and Reliefs�.

HMRC�s error affects the calculation of a field in column C which has now been corrected.

Practitioners are therefore requested to use the latest version of IHTC4.

Please also find available the IHT400 and IHT400(ALL) which have received a slight macro amendment which can also be used immediately.
