INFORMATION ONLY – NO FORMS TO UPDATE

The Court Funds Rules 2011 revoke the 1987 Court Funds Rules, except that the 1987 Rules apply to give effect to any order, direction or request made before 3rd October when the 2011 Rules will come into force.

The Court Funds Office is redesigning its forms to reflect the impact of these new 2011 Rules and we will supply you with them as soon as they have been finalised.

However, we understand that the Courts Funds Office will continue to accept current forms after 3rd October.
