The UK Border Agency amended EEA1, EEA2, EEA3 and EEA4 on 20th June to include additional details on the evidence required to prove EEA or Swiss nationals and their family members have comprehensive sickness insurance.
Immigration practitioners should use the latest versions of these forms immediately.
On 13th June, the Minister of State for Immigration laid before the House of Commons a Statement of changes in the Immigration Rules which came into force on 4th July.
These changes have led the UK Border Agency to amend forms TIER4(G) and TIER4(C).
Although the UK Border Agency will continue to accept current versions of both TIER4 forms until 24th July, immigration practitioners may prefer to use these latest editions immediately.
