On EFIS No. 8 in January 2005, subscribers to this range received Landlord and Tenant form L&T203.

L&T203 is an official form prescribed by the Notice of Rent (England) Regulations 2004 and came into force on 28th February 2005.

On 11th May, the Stationery Office (TSO) published a correction slip which amends note 3 on the reverse of L&T203.

Landlord and tenant law practitioners should therefore use this latest version of L&T203 when serving notice on long leaseholders of the rent which is owed.

Please also find available form RG which has received a field amendment.

Both forms can be used immediately.
