Following last year�s judicial review of the Legal Services Commission�s tendering process for the award of legal aid contracts, the introduction of the Family Graduated Scheme was delayed.

After conducting a consultation exercise on amendments to the Funding Order that would introduce amended fees, the Legal Services Commission has amended the forms listed for use on or after 9th May.

Legal aid practitioners should also be aware that the Legal Services Commission has abolished CDS6, CMSF, CMRF(FH), CMRF(IMM), CMRF(MH), CMRF(TFF) and the MAG(NOTES) forms. These forms will automatically be removed from your library.

The Legal Services Commission now requires this information to be submitted via its bulkhead spreadsheet. For further details, please visit:
