The Act of Sederunt (Sheriff Court Rules) (Miscellaneous Amendments) 2011 made a variety of amendments to the Ordinary Cause Rules, the Summary Application Rules, the Summary Cause Rules and the Small Claim Rules on 4th April.

All forms can be used immediately.
