RP04 can only be used from 6th April to resubmit or amend information which was previously sent to Companies House. This process will be known as ‘second filing’.

Please use this amended version of RP04 which Companies House has condensed onto two pages instead of three as only this latest version of RP04 should be filed at Companies House for second filings submitted on or after 6th April.
