LLRP04 can only be used from 6th April to resubmit or amend information previously sent to Companies House in connection with a limited liability partnership. This process will be known as ‘second filing’.

Please use this amended version of LLRP04 which Companies House has condensed onto two pages instead of three as only this version of LLRP04 should be filed at Companies House for second filings submitted on or after 6th April.
