The Law Society will launch a new version of its Conveyancing Protocol on 1st April.

Adherence to this Protocol is one of the conditions of acceptance onto the Law Society’s new Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS).

The Law Society has amended both the title and content of TA13 to reflect these new requirements.

The first edition of TA13 should no longer be used after 31st March.

The second edition of TA13 should be used on or after 1st April in accordance with the Law Society’s new Conveyancing Protocol.
